A lace version with sleeves from the Kat Moss Top Shop Line

I am thinking of using the Macaron Colette pattern as a base to make a dress like that. I would probably leave out the sleeves and lower the neckline a bit...I'd have to decide if I would use silk, tulle, or lace for the yoke...Should I go pattern or plain for the rest of the dress ?
